Have you had your rights violated by a corrupt court system.

For Those of you who don't know me I have been fighting the injustice system ever since I went to family court and had my rights so egregiously violated thirty years ago. There could hardly be a single person in this country that has not Either had their rights violated by a corrupt family court, criminal or civil suit or knows somebody who has. While my original concern was because of my daughter being alienated against me. I realize that we have to go after the entire system as it is corrupt. because of this I have created a social media following on tictok at john Robinson at national mechanics group and other platforms of hundreds of thousands of followers with millions of views for the sole purpose of Forming an organization of united citizens, exposing the corruption that I experienced and many other people just like me.

I always knew there would come a point that the political climate in our country along with technology such as artificial intelligence and social media would allow us to fight fire with fire. We will finally get justice not only for the benefit of those of us who have had our lives and rights violated but receive compensation from the people who actually violated our rights. My goal in this is to seek justice for myself but create a situation not only to fix the corrupt justice system in this country for the benefit of all of us

It doesn't matter If you’ve had your family destroyed by a corrupt unconstitutional family court had your rights violated through civil or criminal action the odds are that you did not get a fair trial in this country. We all know it is turned into guilty until proven innocent. While my main interest for over 30 years has been correcting the destruction caused by This. It is obvious that corrupt police officers and district attorneys in concert with judges who have a bias against a defendant have had their civil rights violated most often by those unfortunate enough to have to rely on a public defender that is paid by the same the government that is paying all the people trying to convict you.

Do you demand justice

The simple way is to use their own methods against Them. By joining together and creating class action civil rights suit with 50 to 100 plaintiffs. we’ll be able to get high quality lawyers that specialize in civil rights Having no loyalty to a local court like the typical lawyers do in a community they Practice in. By putting together class action lawsuits that are large enough to bankrupt a community they'll have no choice but to reach a settlement which would Include Not only financial compensation but the termination of any government employee that deliberately or through error violated your civil rights. Not only will this clean up the justice system But the offender’s will no longer have the town paying their legal fees So that we may institute not only lawsuits against the towns but to sue the individual Judges, police officers, court personnel, district attorneys, and public defenders. With no legal protection from the cities that have employed Them. we will take their pensions their property and disgrace them publicly before they even go to jail.

If you’re interested in how we're going to do this put a request in the e-mail section for more info

how will we accomplish this task?

By using social media to connect volunteers with people who either had their rights violated or know someone whose life has been affected this way we will use social media and volunteers sending out emails posting videos and organizing people in the local area where their rights have been violated we will put together a class Action Group for each individual jurisdiction. We will use our resources to create an independent officer of the court typically a law firm for people to report this to. When enough litigants are created to form a class action lawsuit we will use methods such as donations, crowdfunding and institution investors that will receive a portion of the settlements or awards for their investment. Similar to commercials you would typically know through commercials like JG Wentworth “do you need cash now” the difference is we’re doing it in reverse and getting larger investors.

ARE YOU READY TO FIGHT

The concept Is quite simple think of it as an attack by special forces a small group of highly trained individuals going after an individual target by putting our resources behind cases in cities where we will be able to get major media coverage in addition to all the different people on social media. I’m sure you agree the temperament of the citizens of this country at the current time will to want to back this in any way they can. Strength in numbers targeted approach and a coordinated effort we'll create a situation that as we win individual cases sending a warning to any city that knows they're at risk because they have not policed their own justice system. This will create an immediate need to limit their damages by any method necessary to avoid a similar lawsuit.

By doing this we not only seek justice for those that are wronged but create a situation where justice will be returned to the people. Obviously one thing to our advantage is the fact that so many people involved in a courthouse trial have legal responsibilities that if violated either deliberately or through incompetence subjects them to criminal prosecution as well as civil action we will also create a situation for people who wish to avoid criminal prosecution in return for testimony a very powerful tool that the government typically uses against us.
